Try contacting the manufacturer for a replacement machine. Most manufacturers will replace it.

Was diagnosed with heart failure and have to monitor my blood more often but don't have a monitor so if possible you could assist me it would be gladly appreciated. Thank you

You didn't get it from Drugs.com. This website doesn't sell anything. All the Drugs.com website does is provide information. That ball can be replaced easily, and it doesn't cost much. Online it would cost about $8. allthingsfirstaid.com/blood_pressure_parts_bp.aspx?pi=2
