Its round and a light blue color. It just has a V on the one side nothing else. And its not a fancy V just a simple V.

There are many possibilities. Are you sure there are no other markings or numbers other than the V? Here are some possibilities that come up for you to look through.

Dr Joshi is right, any pharmacist would be able to identify it.
But, if you add more info, such as it's round, or oblong or football shaped, is it scored so one can cut it in half?
If you answer those questions, we may be able to identify your pill.
There is a gentleman here that is a whiz at identifying pills, if he sees your question, he will be able to I.D. your pill, if you add that info.
