I have had urinary incontinence since being put on Tamulosin. I do have proven urinary retention. That is why I was taking it. I am not going to take it any more. But I am curious if anyone is having this problem. Thank you

When I initially started on Tamsulosin, I definitely had leakage after several doses. I had never had that problem in my life, so I did associate it with the medication. I stopped taking it. But when I had retention problems again months later, I had to choose and retention is too uncomfortable and dangerous, so I went back on. Second time around, I had no urgency or leaking episodes. I continue to take Tamsulosin with no problems.
