Why need to take Flomax exactly 30 minutes after eating?

Because taking it on an empty stomach increase the amount absorbed (by about 30%) -- which causes a greater effect of the medication and can spike your blood pressure down/make you super dizzy. That's why it's best to take it anytime after the same meal each day, preferably within 30min after eating. Less variations in BP.
