Hi Crazytrain-05, your pill matches the description for MSJ Diazepam
 10 mg manufactured by J.L. Morison Son & Jones (Ceylon) PLC based in Sri Lanka. It is generic Valium.

Description: MSJ Diazepam 10 mg
Small (6mm x 1.5mm), blue pills with MSJ stamped on one side and a score line on the other.

It is widely available on the internet.
