No they don't. Fillers are things like talc and corn starch. No drugs are used as fillers.
Here are the fillers for brand name xanax. The generics are harder to come by, each company can use their own but I can guarantee you it isn't a drug. Cellulose, corn starch, docusate sodium, lactose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and sodium benzoate. In addition, the 0.5 mg tablet contains FD&C Yellow No. 6 and the 1 mg tablet contains FD&C Blue No. 2.
