My first injection of Eylea I got a migraine. My second injection I had severe, sudden headache with loss of vision everything went black only seen flashes of white specs and my eye pressure went up to 67. Has anyone else had these side effects? Don't know if I should go for third injection very afraid to.

Hello I'm 46 yr female I got 1st eyelea injection today with immediate
Headache worse injection I've ever had it was extremely painful now it's
Hard to open that eye. Normally I've used Avastin x 12 shots it gave me
Swollen eye lids and ached afterwards for awhile the injection not painful at all.
Lucentis gave me a blood clot in my leg tried it once only, I can tell you

Although eating healthy and kale smoothies are good for you and what's good for your body in general is good for your eyes, I don't think it's a cure for MD. I've had over 40 injections. Friday I completely lost my vision in the injected eye for about an hour and pressure went up to 60. Maybe back to Avasting. Never heard of drug induced wet macular degeneration. Do you have any sources you would share for that? In my case my grandfather, mother, brother, two aunts all have severe cases. Definitely genetic. Good luck.
