It's not something they warn about at all on the Sertraline drug info, but that doesn't mean it's impossible.
What type of interaction are you experiencing? It's highly possible that it's simply a side effect your body is having to the medicine itself. How long have you been taking it?

Hi Bsteinbrueck,
Thank you for your kind reply. I have been on Sertraline since one month ago. The annoying things that I am experiencing (in fact getting worse) after eating sour foods/fruits are something like hypnagogic hallucinations and hypnogogic jerks. For example when I want to sleep after having lunch and sour things and sertraline some uncontrollable thoughts attack my brain before going to real sleep phase and I make sudden involuntary whimper and jerk then I try to sleep again but this process repeats and I cannot sleep. I had same experience when I was on Buspar more severely. I have gotten whimper and jerk before sleep since 4 years ago. Meanwhile, I have not said conditions during night sleep. This is why I realized that some foods and fruits worsen a.m. symptoms.
Regards,
Vita
Interesting. And that stuff doesn't happen if you don't eat those foods before a nap?
Either it doesn't happen or happens with less severity.
