Can I exercise for and hour after I take alendronate?

As I can not find any literature indicating how long you should wait and knowing that a good exercise plan and diet is crucial for the success of the treatment, I suggest you give your Pharmacist a cal and ask him / her until you can direct your question to your Dr. on Mon.
