I'm not sure I feel like really low on my sex mood or feel..I request to get something that can help me feel like horny after that pill or liquid...
I hope you are still on here as I want to share with you my experience. My husband and I pretty much no longer had sex for 9 years... yes 9 years as it was very painful for me. My OB put me on the Estradiol patch... very low dose but then prescribed Premarin for vaginal dryness. Well, my libido has jumped a 1000 fold. My husband travels so when he is home... I use the Premarin, when he is not... I back off as my drive is... well... it is mind altering. I almost feel like a teenager who has first discovered sex and I am almost 53 years old. My husband is 60. So, even though dr's say our drive should go down... they apparently have not lived in our shoes going through menopause. I will keep my sex drive for as long as my medicine, doctor and body will allow me. Enjoy ladies we only live once. :-)
I have been on estradiol 1mg transdermal patch for 7 years and I have found my sex drive has gone up tremendously. This is not listed as a side effect, however. I have spoken to my gyno about it, as well, who told me that HRT is actually supposed to reduce your sex drive!! We are all unique and clearly whoever did the stats on this drug didn't take that into effect. Some women have higher levels of testosterone in their bodies which will keep their sex drive high or put it into high gear while on estradiol, as it did mine.
I have had the same experience with increased libido on the Estradiol patch 1mg. Feeling much better emotionally on the patch than I did on the Premarin pills.
