Hi Severs-
You will have to try both times. Most take it first thing in the morning while other find it makes them a bit sleepy so they take it at night. Everyone is different. When you first start it, it can cause insomnia but that usually lessens or goes away by the first couple of weeks, sometimes longer.
You can post on this site for support as you start your med. Lexapro works for many people.
Hope you see improvements soon :)
Thank you very much for the great advice :) I took it as 7am this morning and so far so good. To be honest I'm scared for what most seem to experience in the first 2 weeks but if it helps me after that I'm golden :) thanks again. Have a great day!
