Help i dont know what to do, iv had a few normal side effects from this tablet. And iv noticed my anxiety level has lessened but still there.. i woke up today feeling internal shaking, a little sick, but the worst thing was i felt very unwell but didnt know what was wrong. Now i feel internal shaking all over and very uncomfortable feeling
Escitalopram - 8 days and feel weak and shaky, anxiety has lessened but I feel physically worse?

I am sorry you are experiencing all these side effects, I suggest you inform your Dr. tomorrow first thing, for your peace of mind.
As we have discussed it is normal to have, in some patients, side effects. These should subside soon, you have to give the antidepressant a fair trial, you will start to feel better and it will be worth the wait, this SSRIs (Escitalopram) will help you, it takes time, for it to reach full therapeutic effect it takes 4 to 6 weeks and in some patients up to 8 weeks but you will start to feel improvements during the second week and side effects will lessen soon.
I was on it for a year and it was worth it, although I did not experienced side effects as everyone reacts differently to medications.
Do not panic, that will only make things worse for you, again, have a word with your Dr. as I mentioned, for your peace of mind.

Everything else seems to be improving iv noticed the anxiety isnt as severe as it was when i was proscribed these tablets. I only suffer with anxiety, but since being on these pills i feel im getting depressed. Iv been in bed for 4 days feeling to unwell or unmotivated to get up..

Report any new or worsening symptoms to your doctor, such as: mood or behavior changes, anxiety, panic attacks, trouble sleeping, or if you feel impulsive, irritable, agitated, hostile, aggressive, restless, hyperactive (mentally or physically), "more depressed", or have thoughts about suicide or hurting yourself.

I just feel like the meds are not working. I woke up with anxiety today and sweating. I am feeling low and it feels like this is a never ending illness.
