I take 180mg of fexofenadine daily throughout the summer ( I live in Spain) this stopped all itching and rashes last year but I'm itching already. Can I double the dose to 360 mg a day?

Not unless a Dr. prescribes such dose, do not self medicate.
The max. daily dose is 180mgs.

Thank you for your reply, is there anything I can take along side it? I thought I'd found something that worked but it obviously isn't enough now ☺️

Benadryl allergy does not interact with Fexofenadine.
