I am in sobriety court in Ann Arbor, MI and have been told I can't take Alka Seltzer Plus because of this drug. Is it true that it would give a positive test result?

Alka Seltzer Plus contains aspirin chlorpheniramine and phenylpropanolamine.
Phenylpropanolamine can cause a false positive result for amphetamines.
