Does fluconazole do any damage to the kidneys?

This medication may cause serious side effects to your liver and cause dark urine which may be related to damaged kidneys, these side effects must be reported to your doctor immediately.

Is damage more likely with prolonged usage with no breaks. I have taken 11 tablets throughout one year, but with breaks in between.
