i have a really bad sinus infection and i have a whole prescription of it left over. was wondering if it would help because i don'treally have the money to go to the doctor right now

You're supposed to completely finish your antibiotics when prescribed so yes finish them
Antibiotics are usually not needed for acute sinusitis. Most of these infections go away on their own. Antibiotics may be used if there are signs of bacterial infection - your doctor will be able to help you with this.
Clindamycin may help with sinusitis but there are other more commonly used antibiotics for it. Please see links below.
