I have been taking a medication with Teva before the name. I just refilled the prescription and it is a different looking pill with Apo before the name. Is there any difference in the medication itself or is this a manufacturer designation?

I am also interested in this question because my pills now are twice the size as the Apo brand. What do they use as a filler in their pills?(Apo/Teva Imatinib)
