There is a significant pricing difference, and I am concerned about the amount of acetaminophen? I am taking with the oxycodone (325mg).
What is the difference between oxycodone 10/325 apap and oxycodone HCI?

The other two answers are correct except for that last sentence indicating that oxycodone HCI would give you longer and better pain relief. Both medications contain 10 mg of oxycodone (assuming you're taking oxycodone HCI 10 mg), but the 10/325 contains 325 mg of acetaminophen (generic name for Tylenol). If anything, the 10/325 will give you better pain relief, but there are some very negative issues with taking too much acetaminophen (more than 4,000 mg per day). If you are only taking a couple of these pills a day you will be fine with either medication. If you take larger dose, ask your doctor for oxycodone without Tylenol. You can always take the Tylenol separately from the oxycodone if you need it.
The hcl doesn't have the Tylenol in it so it is a lil stronger then taking the 10/325. U will feel more pain relief longer w the hcl
There is no tylenol in the oxycodone hcl.
