What is the difference between aceclofenac and diclofenac sodium?

In the US diclofenac is a prescription and aceclofenac isn't available.
They are both NSAIDs. Diclofenac is available OTC, where Aceclofenac is prescription only. I think Aceclofenac is more potent than Diclofenac?
I'm in the UK so as Kaismama has said it may differ depending on where you live?
I can only obtain Diclofenac by Prescription. It is NOT available OTC.
