Is diazepam safe to take for headache and migraine?

Yes and no. As for safety, it depends on the meds you're currently taking. there could be drug interactions. As for the pain relief, it depends on the type of headache you're suffering from. If it's a tension type headache/migraine, it might help. If it's a vascular type headache/migraine it probably won't.
