Depo-Provera - Depo shot. Taken 10 years?

Sorry to be late with an answer; I have been on the shot 23 years. That is correct- 23 years. What you are describing is pretty well normal; I'd say every 2-3 years now (and maybe 2-3 times in those years) my body just says "Look, we just gotta clean out the refrigerator once in awhile." At some point, the thick cervical lining is going to experience cellular death- and the body knows to slough it off- plain and simple. It has never bothered me- and sometimes due to the new cell growth (like super new and young cell growth) that comes in behind it (like a scab that comes off too early) there will be just a little bit of fresh blood as well. But I mean I'm talking like, maybe a full teaspoon over the course of 5 days.

Have you been taking the recommended breaks from this Drug, or do you mean you've been on it constantly, for 10 years?
