Is it ok to cut a hydrocodone 7.5 in half?

Some of them are scored some aren't. If its scored it can be cut. Here is the problem with it tho, if you're only going to take half you aren't going to have much pain relief. Also did the dr say you could do that. If its just for swallowing then its no big deal about the dose.
