My original script was for two 5.0 tablets per day. Eventually, my dosage was changed to two 2.5 tablets per day. However, I have probably $100 worth of the 5.0 tablets left. Can I cut them in half and take just 1/2 twice a day until they are gone?
Can I cut my 5.0 Eliquis in half?

"It's important to talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you consider cutting your pills. In general, however, look for these three signs that a pill is safe to split:
A) FDA approval. If the FDA has approved a drug for splitting, it will be printed on the package insert.
B) Thumbs up from your doctor or pharmacist. Before splitting any pill, talk it over with your doctor or pharmacist.
C) Scored down the middle. Scored pills are easier to split evenly. But a line down the middle doesn’t always mean it’s safe to split. Splitting unscored tablets is considered “off-label” because each split tablet dose may not have equal drug strength. Check with your doctor or pharmacist, or look for the FDA approval."

The tablets seem to have no coating and as such I can see no reason why you should not.
