Why do I have cramps and spotting 10 days after taking Plan B? I have bloated stomach too.

Because they are side effects from the huge dose of artificial hormone in Plan B. For some this can last weeks. Some find they still experience side effects months later. The most severe symptoms tend to be over in a week or two.
