Contrave dose times?

I will be starting tomorrow on my first dose and the time I selected will be at 7 am. I also decided to take the evening dose at 7 pm. Thanks for the help.

I take mine at least a half hour before breakfast and dinner. tends to help me eat less and feel satisfied.

I tried to take them 12 hours apart. I am up for work at 3:30am. I would try to take them by 4am but on my days off I usually get up closer to 5.

It would have been easier to take them at 7am & 7 pm but I was afraid I would forget. I did have my Fitbit alarm set to remind me to take them.

I take mine as close to 12 hours apart as possible -- i.e. 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

I take my morning dose around 7 am and the evening dose when I get home from work around 4:30 to 5 pm. Don't take too late because it cane cause insomnia in some people.
