I'm on 54mg of concerta and I'm wondering if its bad if I toke two of them ? Cause i think I forgot if I already toke one and I don't wanna be hooked on 108 mg :/ so if someone could give me an answer Please let me know .

If you accidentally took one extra it wont make you "hooked" on a higher dose unless you do it all the time and your body becomes used to that dose. Taking an extra dose may make you feel more jittery and anxious or it may make you feel sleepy. Just do NOT raise your dose to two a day unless your Dr tells you to do so. It can help to get a "days of the week" pill box and set up your pills for the week each week then you can see at a glance whether or not you did take your pill! Generally, with this medicine, if you cant remember if you took a dose, it is better to not take another one and risk doubling up than it is to just miss one dose and resume regular dose the next day.
