... tried citalopram, Effexor XR and now on low dose Combi patch. It’s been a week and I am still horrible hot flashes. Side effect- I have mild cramps but my brain fog seems to have improved a bit. I am hoping Combi Patch really works. I wonder if any one has used it and it didn’t work for them??

Hi, Joanna!
I've yet to have to use the Patch or similar medications but I've put together some information that may be helpful:
"Hot flashes: Some users report complete relief from frequent hot flashes within two weeks.
Nausea and headaches: Some users report relief from these symptoms within two weeks
Other symptoms: Some users report feeling normal again after a month of use, and that the patch helped with anxiety, brain fog, moodiness, and exhaustion."
