The length of time clozapine stays in your system depends on it's elimination half life, which varies considerably. After a single dose the half life is between 4 -12 hours and after multiple dosing the half life can vary from between 4 -66 hours.
It takes 5.5 elimination half lives for the medicine to be cleared from ones system. Therefore if we take the maximum time of 66 hours as the elimination half life, clozapine can be in your system (or urine) for up to 363 hours (5.5 x 66hours), i.e. approximately 15 days.
