Yes, Delila is right. One tablet within a day only when you feel anxious and need to be calmer. I have a medication like that and have found that I take it before a known stressful situation. Then I am doing better during it. I take it less often and don't become dependent on it. These things are addictive so please be cautious.

You may need to reword your question as it is a little confusing. I think you are asking if you should take it daily whether or not you feel anxious that day.
