Has anyone out there noticed abnormal weight loss while taking this med?
I have been taking it for about 2 years and since that time I have lost 20 lbs. Have told my doctor but he wants to do other tests... I think it's this medication. Taking 1mg/day and want to get off it also.

In clinical trials, both weight gain and weight loss were reported as possible side effects of the drug. However, neither of these is among the most commonly reported Clonazepam (Klonopin) side effects. Studies have shown that less than 1% of people taking this drug reported problems with weight gain or weight loss.
It would be best to stay in touch with your doc who prescribed the med for remedial measures, take care, be well & safe!
