I have used Clobetasol for my itchy scalp but will it help for major hair loss?

In general clobetasol and ketoconazole shampoo will not stop hair loss for someone with inflammatory arthritis using prednisone and methotrexate. However, these medications may reduce itching.

There are dozens and dozens of possible reasons why any given individual can lose hair. Methotrexate most certainly can cause hair loss in some, but not all, users. Prednisone is less commonly a culprit. Inflammatory arthritis can also trigger hair loss. Other reasons are also possible.

A dermatologist can help sort out the reason and review treatment possibilities.

Stay away from the steroids ! The only way to help improve inflammatory arthritis is to change your diet by eating only fresh fruits vegetables foods that are not fried foods low in fat and to take vitamins such as grape seed extract green tea extract and milk thistle for your liver no diet sodas no sugars no gluten no MSG you do this and I promise you everything else will improve 100 percent good luck to you take this advice from me I have suffered the same things you are suffering from now I changed my diet and I feel so much better it really helps diet is everything you are what you eat it is true try it for one month good luck!
