I have been taking benicar and lipitor every evening. Recently, I started taking low dose aspirin every evening also. Tonight I took a claritin for an insect bite. Can I still take my nightly pills? Also, I read where you can't take benicar when you are taking aspirin. Is thus true?

There is a slight risk of low blood pressure taking olmesartan (an ingredient in your Benicar) with
aspirin but your doctor should be aware of this and has judged the benefit to outweigh the risk.
There's no mention of an interaction with Claritin but to be safe you can check with your doctor or pharmacist.
