I've been on 25mg of citalopram since beginning of July. Occasionally, I'm getting more dreams than usual and also feeling very tired in the day. Any advice would be appreciated.
Does citalopram cause vivid dreams and daytime fatigue?

It can in a percentage of users:
Common (1% to 10%): Abnormal dreams
Common (1% to 10%): Fatigue
Side effects generally resolve after 2-3 weeks at the longest and this has been going on for you for a long time. If you haven't already I think you might to talk to your doctor and get their professional advice.
