Hi!jastine here!my answer bit late hope it is of help!I agree with Marvell!just a matter of concern if you are diabetic,just b careful it tend t rise th level!

Many people who have long term or severe allergies take cetirizine (or other antihistamines) long term. It is fine to take it long term.
