Cephalexin - I'm taking this to help with poison ivy. Can it make it worse?

NO. But if you’re allergic to that medicine it can cause an allergic reaction and make you think the poison ivy is getting worse. Might call ur Dr and tell them what’s going on. Please is my comment is helpful please mark it as helpful. Thank you.
