Had taken 4 perscribed doses of Cephalexin (500Mg) and had an adverse reactionof extremely high blood pressure, unable to concetrate, walk very well without help.Spent 1 1/2 days in hospital, went home, took 1 dose and ended back in the emergency room for 5 hours.
I had also taken Baclofen (20Mg) at the same time. Could that have been the problem or possible the combination of meds?
Can cephalexin cause your blood pressure rise very high?

Kat; Answer on Interaction with the 2 medications from drug.com.((Interactions between your selected drugs
No results found - however, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. ALWAYS consult with your doctor or pharmacist.))) These should not cause your blood pressure to go high what about the ER doctor did they change anything. Now the baclofen can cause some foogy feeling and sedation, walking problems and concentrate call the doctor if your still having problems but I WOULD think the E.R. doctor would have done something about this.
