I'm at .125 clonazepam a day. If I use CBD oil to stop my horrible panic in withdrawal will the oil in the end hurt me? Meaning does it mask things only to unleash worse withdrawal later? What does it do to the GABA receptors?
Does CBD oil help or harm benzodiazepene withdrawal?

Have you found the answer to this question? I just bought some hemp oil from my chiropractor & took one dropperful last night & slept better, but woke up with terrible anxiety. The literature that came with it said it helps with anxiety attacks. He is using acupuncture to help with benzo withdrawal (Xanax & Ativan). I see him again next week & will ask him about its effect on GABA receptors. I understand that it takes time for them to regenerate. I am also taking clonazepam for sleep, but don't plan to go off of that any time soon.
