You do not develop a tolerance to Tylenol or NSAID's.
If you are finding your pain medication less effective than it once was it is probably because something is making the pain worse. You may need a stronger pain killer.
Talk with your doctor or pharmacist.
Though the tolerance potential is LOW, there is STILL (like all medications, even Claritin) a tolerance potential, though I still voted your answer up.
NSAIDs are only the class of medication they are. Each medication comes with it's own tolerance :)
"Like NSAIDs and unlike opioid analgesics, paracetamol has not been found to cause euphoria or alter mood in any way. Paracetamol and NSAIDs have the benefit of bearing a low risk of addiction, dependence, tolerance, and withdrawal, but, unlike opioid medications, may damage the liver; however, this is, in general, taken into account when compared to the danger of addiction."
