I recently had steven johnsons syndrome from penicillin. Is this safe to take?
Can I use nystatin if I'm allergic to sulfa and penicillins?

Yes, nystatin is safe to take even though you have had an allergic reaction to sulfa and penicillins. Nystatin is an anti-fungal and is in no way related to penicillins or sulfa drugs.
