Can I use Mupirocin on my lips for blisters?

I'm not sure what sort of blisters they are. If the blisters you have are viral then mupirocin will have no effect, and can in fact spread.
I would suggest that you see your doctor and get the blisters diagnosed first.
Mupirocin is an antibiotic. Mupirocin topical prevents bacteria from growing on your skin.
Mupirocin topical is used to treat infections of the skin such as impetigo.
