For a small person, body weight <110 lbs, the 180mg dose is too much. Will cutting a 180mg pill in half change the pk characteristics of the active ingredient?
Can Allegra 180mg pills be cut in half for a dose of 90mg?

Allegra tablets don't have any extended release properties so although it is not recommended they can be halved.
