Buspirone - Does Buspar help with derealization?

Since depersonalization/derealization (Dpdr) is thought to be a reaction to stress and anxiety Buspar would help by alleviating anxiety in many people.
The treatment of choice aside from medication is psychotherapy, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
