No it is not a Xanax pill. It is a sleep aid pill it's to help u sleep u can buy them in the drug stores I only advise to use it if u have problems sleeping or if u want a good nights rest

NO this number is not even close to a us prescription or over the counter medication. take to a pharmacist and see if they have any info onit or destroy it not safe to be taken.

Mine is round w 031 on one side n R on the other but they r alprazolame. Same thing but generic , iv seen them oval shaped before I think it depends on what company pharmacy goes threw n yes blue
