There is no current drug manufacturered that "thins" your blood. These drugs are all anticoagulants. This means that they interfere with the body's process of forming blood clots in your arteries and veins.
There are many anticoagulant drugs. Here are just a few that can be taken at home: Arixtra, Heparin, Lovenox, Pradaxa, and Xarelto.
