If you are symptomatic, it is too low. Some people can have this reading and function fine. It isnt so much about the actual numbers as it is how you feel. Be sure that you get plenty of fluids. Dehydration lowers blood pressure. See your Dr asap.

That is way too low. The second number is the important one. If you are having clinical signs associated with the low blood pressure, you need to get yourself into a Dr.
