Is there a big difference in 88mcg and 100mcg dosage of thyroid medecine?

Talk with your endo,,never change the dose yourself. Very fine changes can make huge differences six weeks later. Especially if this is new or some change has occurred in your body.
When you're talking thyroid meds, yes. The dosing is so small and each mcg is important. If you were taking a pain medication that was 100 mg but you only had 88 mg, would you think it was enough?
my experience if I take less I feel like something in me is weakened it is hard to function
