I decided to take low dose aspirin on a daily basis. There is stroke in my family and I'd like to take this preventative measure.
What I'd like to know is when is the best time of day to take this. I have read night time and I've read in the morning.
I do not have high blood pressure and my cholesterol is only slightly elevated.
Who is taking this and what time of day?

I would take it in the morning with breakfast.
I don't think it really matters ... but just that you don't forget perhaps it's best to take it with a convenient meal. So have it with breakfast ... and if you do forget one day, then you could always take it with lunch.
