Eat as healthily as you can afford, eat little and often, I would say 5 small meals a day, this has an effect of kicking starting your metabolism to some degree. Don't be harsh on yourself, and don't deprive yourself of your little cravings, again little potions. Some days you'll find are easier than others, some days you'll want to sleep all day and others you feel you can take on the world. As for an exercise programme this will depend on how bad your "C.F" is. Walking is a good way to get the blood pumping but at your own pace, swimming is another good way to get you active. This is also better on the joints.
As for pills speak to someone at your local Holland and Barrett, they are normally very good, unfortunately there are no magic pills, you have to put a certain amount of work in. Good Luck
If you want to lose the weight,I took slimquick, and lost 50lbs in 3and a half months it works.
What ia the proper way to take Slimquick?
Addepex ... My mom took them for a short term (2-3 months) and with exercise lost around 40lbs.
There are a few medications that have been approved for weight loss by the FDA. You can search them on this site. But most importantly is a healthy diet and regular exercise which it seems you don't have the energy to do? May I ask if its 80 pounds due to a procedure? Best!
no i am 80lbs or so overweight
Oh! Gotcha! Sorry. Like I said there's at least two on the market approved by the FDA that are over the counter. But you would definitely want to speak with your doctor first. Best wishes!
I'd recommend a lap band. OTC diet pills can be a problem and not all that effective. Can you walk daily? That's a start on the exercise.
