hydroxyzine HCl or Vistaril is great. I used it to taper off of 20 years of Klonopin slowly and effective. 25mg works for nausea. 50mg relaxes you but doesn't knock you out. If I break out in hives and itching from poison ivy or my psoriasis, 50 to 100mg stops itching in 30 minutes..
