Does Bayer Aspirin contain any caffeine or other stimulant?

To say that Bayer Aspirin has NO caffeine in it is incredibly inaccurate and completely misleading. Bayer Back and Body aspirin has a whopping 32mg of caffeine PER tablet!!! That's more caffeine than an entire 12-ounce can of original Coca-Cola - a ridiculously high amount. Just try taking it before bedtime one night and you'll find out the hard way. ;-)

Not unless it's one of their blends, like Migraine relief etc. Otherwise it's just aspirin.

Bayed aspirin contains just that. They have to put it on the label if there was anything else.
